PREMISE
These general conditions concern the purchase of products carried out remotely by means of a telematic network through the site www.maisonsibulet.it owned by Maison Sibulet Srl – Via Borgospesso, 14 – 20121 Milan (MI) – VAT number 07883890969 .
The purchase operations will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22.5.1999, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 196/03.
Art.1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 The conditions set out in the introduction are an integral and essential part of this contract.
1.2 All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the website corresponding to the address www.maisonsibulet.it where, in fact, the customer can conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the instructions and the envisaged procedures.
1.3 These general conditions of sale must be examined “online” by the customer, before completing the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance.
Art. 2: SALES PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS
2.1 All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.maisonsibulet.it are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes. 2.2 The total cost of the shipment up to the customer’s domicile is charged to the customer. 2.3 The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and consent to the purchase expressed through the accession given “on line”. 2.4 The customer can pay for the goods ordered using the payment methods indicated “online” at the time of purchase.
Art. 3: SALES PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS
3.1 The company Maison Sibulet Srl, owner of the site www.maisonsibulet.it will deliver to customers, at the address indicated, the products selected and ordered in the manner provided for in the previous article by courier.
Art. 4: LIABILITY
4.1 The Maison Sibulet Srl company does not assume responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, from carrying out within the times agreed in the contract.
Art. 5: WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE METHODS
5.1 The Maison Sibulet Srl company , owner of the site www.maisonsibulet.it , sells high quality products. The producers of these goods offer a guarantee whose minimum duration depends on the type of product purchased. The guarantee starts from the day of purchase of the goods.
Art. 6: PURCHASER’S OBLIGATIONS
6.1 It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious data, in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications
6.2 The Customer indemnifies Maison Sibulet Srl from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, being the Customer himself solely responsible for the correct insertion.
Art. 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, no. 185 the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.
7.2 The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the period indicated above, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Maison Sibulet Srl
7.4. Anticipate communication via e-mail to support@ maisonsibulet.it
7.5. Provide, using a courier of your choice, for the shipment of the product carefully packed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
7.6. Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and bear the associated costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss during transport, Maison Sibulet Srl reserves the right to charge for any damages suffered, withholding them from the sums to be reimbursed.

Maison Sibulet will proceed, by bank transfer, to refund the cost of the goods shipped (excluding the first shipping costs) within 30 working days following the shipment of the goods on its part and in any case not before receiving the goods.
